My Journey to Becoming a Sports Confidence Coach
Before I became a Sports Confidence Coach, I spent years competing as an Olympic athlete. I experienced the intensity, the expectations, and the moments of uncertainty that come with high-level sport. There were days when I felt unstoppable — and days when my confidence was shaken.
Over time, I realised that true performance success isn’t just about talent — it’s about mindset. The difference between winning and losing often comes down to belief. That’s when I began studying sports psychology, mental performance, and coaching — to understand how to train the mind like we train the body.
Now, as a Sports Confidence Coach, I combine my personal experience as an athlete with professional mindset coaching techniques to help others reach their full potential.
