Hello, beautiful human
As the holiday season unfolds, I felt called to reach out and to check in on you, and to gently invite you to slow down. This time of year often arrives wrapped in lights and expectations, yet it offers something far more valuable than celebration alone: an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reflect on the year we are leaving behind.
I am taking this moment myself - not to judge or measure, but to reflect with kindness on the past year, and on the many seasons of life that brought me here.
When I look back, it feels as though I’ve lived several different lives. Each chapter shaped me in its own way, teaching lessons that only experience can offer.
I began as a super-slim swimmer, constantly feeling the need to prove that I was worth watching because of my ability, not because my dad was a coach and also a teacher at my school. Imagine growing up under that pressure! That chapter taught me early what it means to perform under scrutiny and to build resilience.

Then came the moment that changed everything. At just 17 years old - an age that can already feel overwhelming....I represented my country at the Olympic Games. Most teenagers are still discovering who they are; I was standing on the world’s biggest stage. The physical training was intense, but the mental strength required was even greater. That experience taught me discipline, focus, and the extraordinary power of the mind when challenged.
Later, life carried me in a completely different direction. I became an American student, trying to find my place in a culture so different from post-Soviet Poland. Everything felt unfamiliar, and I had to relearn who I was without the identity of being “the athlete.” Then I returned to Europe, chasing recognition, success, and financial stability - only to run straight into burnout. I pushed, achieved, and kept going, until my body and mind finally asked me to stop.
And it was there, in the stillness that followed, that something shifted.
Today, I feel that I have finally found my place - as a certified life coach, and as a woman who understands that true discipline isn’t built through relentless effort alone. It is also nurtured through compassion, self-care, and intentional reflection. Real strength comes from knowing when to push - and when to pause.
This season, in the spirit of sustainable transformation, I invite you to do the same. Give yourself permission to step back, even briefly. Find a quiet moment - perhaps with a journal, a cup of tea, or simply your thoughts - and explore what truly mattered to you this year.
Here are three journaling prompts to guide you:
What moments made you most proud this year, and what did they teach you about yourself?
Which challenges stretched you the most, and what wisdom did you gain by moving through them?
What are you most grateful for right now, and how can you intentionally invite more of that into your daily life?

As you look ahead to the new year, I encourage you to resist the pressure for dramatic reinvention. Instead, choose just one small habit - something simple and achievable - that supports your wellbeing and personal growth. Sustainable change is not built overnight. It grows quietly, through small, consistent actions taken with intention.
So I’ll leave you with this gentle question: Are you ready to create meaningful, lasting change by gaining clarity and moving toward more purposeful action?
If this message resonates with you, feel free to follow me on social media. And if you feel called to go deeper, reach out x I would love to explore how I can support you in finding more peace, alignment, and happiness in your life.
Wishing you a beautiful, calm, and nourishing holiday season.
With love,
xxx
